This product is great quality, simple to fit and is a significant cosmetic improvement on the original fit rubber gear shift boot. It looks a million dollars, is in keeping with the aluminium theme in the Mk1 TT and gives a satisfying noise when changing gear. The proprietor has put many hours of testing and prototype review before arriving at this exact design.
This will work with the OEM gear stick but I have an Auto Aesthetics Speed 2S which required some minor modification to obtain a good fit. However, the combination of the two aftermarket products is absolutely superb. It's a significant hike in style, cosmetic appearance and quality from the original.
